I am happy to report and pass on the congratulations/well wishes from the Jamaican Prime Minister, the Hon. Andrew Holness, ON, MP to Dr & Mrs Clarke and the DWIU Association, for all the wonderful medical-related humanitarian efforts-to-date, assisting needy Jamaicans.

We were both attending 25th Anniversary of Rebel Salute a celebration of Reggae in St. Ann, Jamaica this past weekend and spoke for a while.This is an annual concert organized by the artiste, Tony Rebel.

During our conversation he shared his well wishes to the organization and the country's appreciation for the humanitarian efforts. It was a great moment. When I met up with Tony Rebel later in the morning, he sent a shout-out to Dallas.

Let us continue to make a difference in communities and people's lives.
